用以指导电能表标准装置量值传递的实际工作。

Abstract

The article expounds the value dissemination automation implementation of verification equipment for electrical energy meters

the problems such as output fault of pulse

instability error caused by the pulse frequency

uncertainty of pulse constant and maccuracy of error encountered in the process of dissemination; the assessment method for the uncertainty of verification equipment for electrical energy meters; and the development trend of dissemination of this technology. It has a very good role in guiding the actual work of dissemination of the watt-hour meter standard device.
