摘要

根据当前湖南电网调度运行值班的核心任务要求

综合安全、经济、优质、环保四个因素

提炼出频率、母线电压等十余个湖南电网调度运行关键信息

在D5000系统中对这些关键信息进行集中智能监视

分为电网调度关键信息总体监视、展示关键信息明细、展示关键信息分析结果和辅助决策三个层次。有利于调度人员提升工作效率

及时发现和处理电网运行隐患

更好地掌控电网运行。

Abstract

According to the core tasks of Hunan electrical power dispatching operation

and considering comprehensive four factors: safety

economy

high quality

environmental protection

this paper refines some key informations of Hunan electrical power grid dispatching operation. The key information is centralized intelligent monitored in D5000 system through integrated monitoring

detail monitoring and analysis results and decision making. It makes it easier for dispatcher to control the overall situation of power grid

find and treat power grid risks in time.
