Abstract

This article focuses on the key issues encountered by the State Grid Changsha Power Supply Company in the process of DSC promotion

and proposed corresponding solutions.A smart substation DSC construction is used as an example to illustrate how to carry out standardized DSC acceptance access in the paper.
