随着负荷的发展

湖南电网负荷中心输电能力不足

潮流分布不均匀

输电断面卡脖子问题日益凸显。本文首先介绍了统一潮流控制器（UPFC）在国内外电网中的应用现状、在电网运行控制中发挥的作用及其技术的最新发展

介绍了UPFC的模型、功能及应用案例

以长沙电网负荷中心为例研究了湖南电网的概况和存在的问题

得出了在湖南电网中加装UPFC解决运行控制中存在问题的可行性建议。

Abstract

With the development of the load

the problems such as limited transfer capacities of the load center

unbalanced power flow

and neck of the transmission section are becoming apparent. This paper introduces the model

function and application case of UPFC. Taking Changsha power grid as an example

this paper summarizes the general situation and existing problems of Hunan power grid. The feasibility and proposal of installing UPFC in Hunan power grid to solve the problems in operation control are obtained.
