摘要

本文针对某发电厂超临界机组汽轮机推力瓦的设计特性

结合推力瓦测温元件历次损坏情况

通过分析故障原因

说明了温度元件安装方案变更思路

并制定了具体实施办法。该种安装方式实施后

测温元件可以满足长期稳定测温的要求。

Abstract

According to the design characteristics of the thrust bush of a supercritical unit steam turbine in a power plant and combined with the previous damages of the temperature measuring element of the thrust bush

this paper explains the idea of changing the installation scheme of the temperature measuring element by analyzing the causes of the faults

and formulates specific implementation methods. After the installation method is implemented

the temperature measuring element can meet the requirement of long-term stable temperature measurement.
