The test of turbine guide vane leakage is an important index to evaluate the quality of turbine manufacturing

installation and maintenance. In the paper

the selection of test method

calculation method and the influence of gate leakage of turbine guide vane are summarized.The results show that the tangent slope method is more accurate than the fitting coefficient method.The gate leakage has a certain influence on the test results of guide blade leakage. If the inlet gate leakage is qualified

the nominal gate leakage has relatively little influence on the calculation results of guide blade leakage. It is suggested that the test method of guide blade leakage should be determined according to the actual situation

test conditions and test accuracy requirements.
