Quantitative Analysis on Key Influencing Factors of New Energy Consumption in Hunan Power Grid
the installed capacity of new energy in Hunan power grid is close to 9 million kW
accounting for 18.5% of the total installed capacity of the province′s society
and is the third largest power source of Hunan Power Grid. Because of being limited by the characteristics of anti-peaking of new energy
the large peak-valley difference of power load
the lack of adjustability of a large amount of hydropower in high water period
the inflow of external power into Hunan
and the safe startup method and spinning reserve of thermal power
the contradiction of new energy consumption has gradually become prominent. According to the plan of the provincial energy authority
Hunan′s new energy installed capacity will further double by the end of the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period
and exceed hydropower to become the second largest power source in the province. With the commissioning of a large number of new energy and some conventional power supply projects during the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period
and the construction of the UHV AC ring network in Central China
the situation of large-scale new energy consumption is uncertain. There is an urgent need for the current status of new energy power generation in our province’s power grids
sort out the technical reasons that affect new energy consumption
