Abstract

This article makes full use of existing big data resources to realize intelligent automatic dispatching

and develops a intelligent judgment system for communication failures

which helps communication dispatchers to improve the timeliness and accuracy of handling failures to the greatest extent

and reduce the scope of failures. In this way

it is possible to avoid mis-dispatching or dispatching more personnel

reduce the waste of manpower and material resources

and reduce the risk of greater loss.
