Optimization study of parameters of UAV snow removal freezing rod impacting on snow-covered freezing conductor
Aiming at the problem of lack of basis and low efficiency in the selection of operating parameters when the existing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) carrying a rod impacting the conductor to remove the freezing snow
this paper investigates the key parameters of the UAV carrying a rod impacting the snow-covered freezing snow conductor through simulation and calculation. A UAV-snow freezing rod impact on the snow-covered freezing conductor mechanics model is built based on the finite element software
the dynamic stripping process of the snow-covered freezing is simulated using the Drucker-Prager constitutive model and shear damage evolution mechanism
and the influence law of the impact parameters of the snow freezing rod and the snow-covered freezing characteristics on snow freezing is systematically studied. The results show that the impact speed is the dominant factor in determining the efficiency of freezing snow removal
and the influence of quality parameters is relatively weak; the increase of cohesion and thickness of snow-covered freezing will increase the initial pre-tensioned tensile stress and arc droop value of the conductor
while the resulting accumulation of elastic potential energy makes the snow-covered freezing more prone to fall off as a whole when it is impacted at low speeds
and ultimately puts forward the optimized configuration of the impact parameter of the rod of snow-covered freezing in the freezing operation of the UAV. For the 20 mm thickness and the following snow-covered freezing conductor
it is recommended that the weight of the snow-removing freezing rod is 2 kg~6 kg
and the impact speed is controlled at 2 m/s~8 m/s. For the snow-covered freezing conductor above 20 mm thickness
it is recommended that the 1 kg ~2 kg snow-removing freezing rod be used with the impact speed of 1 m/s ~2 m/s. This program provides theoretical guidance and technical support for optimizing the transmission line snow-removing freezing operation.
