Analysis of surface settlement induced by some factors in parallel dual-tunnel construction
the parallel dual-subway tunnels have increased rapidly because of the need of planning and plane design
the restriction of terrain
geology and surface construction. The parallel dual-subway tunnels are often constructed in the same buried depth of most metro running tunneling. Taojin-Quzhuang running tunneling in rail transit # 5 of Guangzhou City has running within complex strata
and tunneling section
space between dual-subways
buried depth vary with mileage. Surface settlement will be interacted in the progress of dual-subways excavation; and settlement prediction becomes more difficult. Based on generalized geological model
utilized strata parameters obtained by inverse analysis
selected typical tunneling section and geological profile
using numerical simulation method
surface settlement induced by different spaces
buried depths and strata are analyzed. The regularity of settlements is obtained; and surface settlements are predicted in the progress of tunnel construction
so as to provide guidance for safety construction.
