摘要

水库蓄水后土石坝有效应力算法是采用有效应力加渗流力的组合，同时应考虑浸润线以下坝壳和心墙单元因湿化变形引起的等效节点力（等效荷载）。坝体受浮托力作用是否引起坝体变形？怎样分析处理蓄水后坝体所受浮力的因素？对此提出质疑，证明浮托力不引起坝体变形，认为原先的概念模糊错误，应该予以澄清并纠正。
