800 and 1000 kPa separately for the slip band soil of Dayantang landslide. Burger’s model is employed to simulate the viscoelastic procedure. The method gotten the parameters of Burger model has been introduced and used. The long term strength has gotten from the isochronal curves. The visco characteristics have been analyzed from the results of the creep tests. The relationships between the parameters of Burger’s model and the shear stresses and consolidation pressures have been discussed. A conclusion has been drawn that the long term strength is 0.76-0.77 times the slow shear test.
