In light of the defecty of conventional rheological models in retlecting the influence of load level and describing acceleration creep
a new improved rhelolgical model is developed
in which the conventional rhelological model is improved and a non-ideal viscous element is introduced. According to definition
the expression of dynamic porosity and general effective stress are amended. Rocks are regarded as porous medium for their own porosity and nonuniform; and the effective stress mentioned in theory of porous medium replaces the constant stress in the improved rheological model. Taking temperature and pore pressure into account
a rheological model of porous medium of deep rock (characterized by high temperature
high ground stress and high pore pressure) is established finally.
