The experiment system and the theory of combined dynamic and static loads for brittle rock fragmentation are introduced; and the general forms of force excavating by dynamic and static loads are confirmed. The combined experiments on granite and concrete blocks are carried out with horniness alloy cutting tools through changing the values of WOB(Weight on Bit) or impact energy. And the results indicate that the depth and volume are increased with the increasing of WOB and impact energy
and contrary to the special energy consumption of rock fragmentation. The reasonably combined dynamic and static loads for breaking granite and concrete blocks are respectively 63 J
