The measurement of three-dimension relative crustal stress at great depth in the medium-level radioactivity waste disposal field is briefly introduced. The effect of properties difference betweeen the sealing-hole medium and the rock on crustal stress measurement data is analyzed. It is necessary to consider modification of measurement data due to the property difference of the media.
