本文综述了我国目前水工建设中岩石力学测试技术和理论探索以及在水工建设中的应用情况

并对今后的发展提出一些意见和建议。

Abstract

In this paper

the progress of rock mechanical test techniques

theoretical explorations and their applications in hydraulic engineering in China is reviewed. Some discussions and suggestions about their future development are given as well.
