The Robust consensus of multi-agent time delay network with a time-varying reference state is introduced. By defining a proper controlled output
this problem was transferred into a H∞ control problem. Then
a control protocol with a time-varying reference state was proposed. Sufficient conditions were obtained to ensure multi-agent consensus with a time-varying reference state by applying linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) techniques. Finally
simulation was presented to validate the theoretical results.
