摘要

由于金刚石研磨加工系统输入激励不能清晰确定

本文建立了与结构振动微分方程等价的自回归滑动平均ARMA时序模型对系统模态参数进行识别

将结构参数识别问题转换为ARMA模型参数辨识问题

并对采集数据进行小波降噪处理

提高了识别精度.

Abstract

As diamond lapping processing system’s excitation cannot be distinctly detected

Autoregrssive moving-average(ARMA) model the equivalent formulation of the differential equations of vibrating structure was established.Then the identification problem of structural parameters was transformed into the identification problem of parameters of ARMA model.The wavelet method was used in detecting data’s noise reduction.The result shows that the identification precision has been enhanced.
