摘要

采用剥离法测定容器材料腐蚀层重量等一系列试验

并对其结果进行了总结分析.结果表明:在温度不高于620℃的情况下

作为容器材料碳化硅明显比316不锈钢的抗熔融铝硅合金液腐蚀性能优越

石墨容器不能盛装熔融铝硅合金.在经过240次的热循环测试后

碳化硅试样基本没有被腐蚀

抗腐蚀性能优越

可用于高温太阳能热发电蓄热系统中.

Abstract

A series of tests were conducted to study the weight metal corrosion of container materials used by dint of peeling for storing Al-Si alloy.The results show that the carborundum containers are better at preventing corrosion of Al-Si alloy than 316 stainless steel

and the plumbago containers can t be used for storing the Al-Si alloy

under below 620 ℃.After the 240 hot circle

the carborundum containers don t corrode

and are excellent in preventing corrosion of Al-Si alloy

so they can be used for depositing he...
