摘要

以上海地区三栋剪力墙住宅为对象

针对建筑布置、结构布置、构件设计、材料选用等问题研究其设计阶段的成本控制方法.研究表明

建筑布置和结构布置应简单、规则、对称;剪力墙多采用构造配筋

严格区分墙肢水平钢筋与竖向钢筋、加强层与非加强层的配筋设计;楼板根据跨度不同区分板厚

配筋宜采用分离式;注重结构的分层细化设计;主筋采用III级钢或冷轧钢等

采用这一系列措施能够在设计阶段有效控制剪力墙住宅的工程成本

With regard to three shear wall residential buildings in Shanghai

cost control methods in the design stage were studied in view of architecture arrangement
