从实际应用的角度介绍了分布式异构系统三级测控网络在某电力线路器材有限公司的设计与实现方法.指出了生产企业现有测控网络及管理模式的不足;阐述了三级测控网络整体设计思想、结构、功能以及软件、硬件、传输线路的设计;重点分析了如何利用Delphi 7.0开发RS-485总线及RS-232串行通讯程序
