摘要

讨论了热电材料相分析的特点和基于数据库技术的计算机辅助XRD相分析方法;并以PDF2粉末衍射文件为基准

创建了热电材料相分析数据库

实现了计算机辅助热电材料相分析;利用O rigin工具软件从衍射图谱中提取数据作为相分析标准数据的补充.

Abstract

The characteristics of the thermoelectric material phase analysis and the methods of computer aided XRD phase analysis were discussed

based on database technology.The Database of the thermoelectric material phase analysis was established

based on the document of the PDF2 powder XRD diffraction.The parameter was picked up by using Origin 7.0 to supplement the standard data of the thermoelectric material phase analysis.
