摘要

通过对连续彩涂板交流变频调速拖动生产线各段张力和速度控制的要求和特点的研究

分析了韩江钢板彩涂生产线的系统组成

提出了张力控制系统总体的控制方案

着重解决了活套控制中的张力补偿问题和面涂烘烤炉内带钢张力抖动问题.

Abstract

By researching the features of motor torque control and motor speed control in the produ ction system

the paper analyses the construction of Hanjiang producing control system and presents the methods of tension control system.It emphasizes tension compensation of looper and control of the overhang line of steel belt.
