Abstract

Is designed A simple structure passive micro-screw mixer without the exclusive turbulence device.According to the introduction to the process and result analysis of the mixed experiment

the relation between the mixed concentration and gray-scale is obtained.After establishing the mathematical and physical model and conducting the numerical simulation of commercial CFD software

this paper finds that the simulation results are similar to the experiment result.
