摘要

采用溶胶凝胶法

以氧氯化锆和正硅酸乙酯为先驱体成功制备了有机玻璃ZrO和ZrO Si02耐磨复合涂层.研究表明单锆膜和硅锆膜涂层液中最佳配方为:水用量均为n(H2O)/n(Zr)=6 26

硅烷(KH550)用量m(KH550) m(Zr)分别为2 99和3 2;pH值介于3～3 5;镀膜厚度介于2～5μm.在最佳组分配方下所得涂层溶胶液稳定

且硅锆涂层镀膜比单锆涂层镀膜的性能要好

有机玻璃(PM MA)镀膜后耐磨性从未镀膜的3g可提高到10g

硬度也由HB提高到3～4H

表明该涂层具有良好的抗划伤性

且该涂层膜与基体的结合较好

不易脱落.

Abstract

The PMMA abrasive resistant coating with and ZrO and ZrO-SiO2 has been prepared by Sol-Gel process.The result shows that the sol solution obtained at optimal conditions is stable

the abrasive resistane of PMMA is improved from 3g to 10g and hardness from HB to 3～4H. So

the coating with zirconium has good abrasive resistance for PMMA.
