
针对“双碳”目标推进过程中风电占比提升所带来的电力系统调度挑战,以及电池储能因服务模式单一而导致的利用率偏低的问题,建立了关于风–储能源聚合商的两阶段分布鲁棒优化调度模型。该模型以电量市场为首要参与平台,并以提供调频服务作为拓展收益的价值延伸。首先,为降低风电出力不确定性对调度结果的影响,基于风电出力历史数据与Wasserstein距离构建风电出力模糊集;然后,为提高储能利用率,提出储能多功能协调策略,考虑储能优先用于协助风电场跟踪调度计划,降低偏差惩罚,其剩余、可快速调节的容量能力则作为优质资源参与调频辅助服务市场,获取增量收益。借助MATLAB仿真软件,以风–储能源聚合商运行收益最大为优化目标对模型进行求解。算例结果表明:与仅参与电量市场相比,所提策略将使风–储能源聚合商的利润增加6.05%,能够有效提升经济效益;与参与电量–调频双市场的确定性模型相比,考虑风电出力预测误差,偏差惩罚可以降低28.6%,减少了电网对灵活资源的需求。
