随着法治政府和法治市场建设的不断深入

特别是能源企业技术集中、资金集中、人才集中

对外经济交往日益增多和复杂化

企业法律风险日益加大。本文通过实地调研

个案研究等方法

对江西能源企业法律风险相关概念及特征进行阐述

分析了企业法律风险产生的原因

针对性地提出了如何防范和控制企业法律风险的对策和建议

以期为企业的管理和决策提供一些参考。

Abstract

With the construction of the rule of government and market

The economic relations of energy enterprises increased

the enterprise legal risk increased too. Through consulting field investigation and case studies

the present situation and importance of the legal work was analysed. To provide the recommendations of management and decision for the energy enterprise

the prevention of legal risk was researched in depth.
