摘要

为了解决传统折流板换热器流体阻力大、易发生换热管震动与破坏等缺点

开发了一种新型换热器——折流杆换热器。介绍了折流杆换热器的结构特点、设计方法

着重阐述了折流杆换热器的选材、折流杆结构的设计、堆焊技术要求

为以后设计类似产品提供参考。

Abstract

In order to solve the traditional baffle heat exchanger fluid resistance

easy to heat exchange tube vibration and damage defects

a new type of heat exchanger

rod baffle heat exchanger were developed.The structural characteristics and design method of rod baffle heat exchanger were introduced

and material selection

rod baffle structure design and overlaying welding technical requirements of the rod baffle heat exchanger were expanded

for design a similar product to provide reference.
