摘要

应用吊零方法可以有效分析管道应力情况

热态吊零和冷态吊零对分析结果有不同的影响。通过计算分析发现

冷态吊零分析的应力水平和位移量较小

计算得出的管道更容易进行安装;为了平均分配热态和冷态端点的作用力

可以通过给定端点附近支吊点载荷的方法进行调整。通过现有软件可以在冷态吊零和热态吊零之间进行快速的转换。

Abstract

Load design can effectively analyses pipeline stress

hot load design and cold load design have different effects on results. By calculating the analysis found that the displacement and stress levels are low by cold load design analysis

and the pipe is easy to install .To equal division of the terminal point load between cold state and operating state

some spring hanger load near to the terminal point can be specified. Quick switch between cold load design and hot load design can achieve with the help of software CAESAR II.
