摘要

高压加热器作为电站回热系统的重要辅机

对整个机组的安全、经济运行和节能增效起着非常重要的作用。通过对回热系统中高压加热器出现的常见故障进行分析

总结出高压加热器容易发生故障的部位及其规律

进而提出通过增加高加的投入率

以提高火力发电厂热力系统热经济性的方法。

Abstract

As an auxiliary device of heat recovery system

the high pressure heater directly relates to the safety and reliability of the unit.It is also very important for saving energy and making economic profits in power plant.The common faults in heat recovery system were analyzed

the sites and laws of the HP failures were summarized

and a number of methods to increase the rate of input of HP heater was put forward so as to improve the thermal economic of thermodynamic system in thermal power plant.
