就当前高校节能建设存在的问题和推进策略

梳理了具有代表性的研究成果。从主客观2个方面阐述了高效节能建设的限制因素

重点从主观层面分析了绩效考核制度对节能建设的关键影响。提出一种简单的绩效考核模型

引入节能因子的概念

量化高校各级组织及个人的节能实践

为高校节能建设的管理提供有益参考。

Abstract

Representative researches focusing on current problem and promotion strategy of college energy saving construction nowadays were classified.Restricts of the construction were stated from two aspects

one is objective and the other subjective.Key effects that performance evaluation has on energy saving construction got specially analyzed.A simple performance evaluation model was proposed

conception of energy saving determiner was introduced as well in order to quantify energy saving practice of organizations and employees all or different levels.It is provided to be useful reference for the energy saving construction management of college.
