从设计安装、设备系统和运行操作等方面详细分析引起CFB锅炉水冷壁及刚性梁低周振动的原因

制定了刚性梁系统改造措施

并提出了消除该振动的方案

包括刚性梁的加固和引出管道支撑的加强

经采取针对性的改进措施

取得了较好效果。

Abstract

The impacts of design

erection

operation and system of CFB boiler were described in detail

and the causes leading to low cycle vibration of water wall and rigid beams were analyzed. The scheme to remove the vibration has been put forward including how to reinforce the stiffening bar and the outlet pipe support. Through improvement

the existing problems have been satisfactorily solved.
