摘要

从解决原有膜式壁管屏单管试压效率低问题入手

在水压试验设备中增加了液压装置

使每组试压装置可对多根管子同时进行加压、胀紧、密封、泄压

提高了工作效率

降低了工人劳动强度。经实践证明

值得推广

供同行借鉴参考。

Abstract

This article settles for the low efficiency problem of single pipe hydraulic pressure test in the membrane wall

an hydraulic device is added into hydrostatic test equipment

which let each equipment unit pressurize

swell and seal

release the pressure of some pipes at the same time. The work efficiency can be improved and the labor intensity also can be reduced after using. It is worth promoting and can be referenced by the same business after practice.
