Abstract

The advantages of soft water closed circulation system in the 3 blast furnaces at the new application with the net ring water cooling system were introduced

the problems and defects in practical application of new steel blast furnace of soft water closed circulation system design were analyzed

and measures for improvement were put forward

the effect is good

especially the improvement measures in safe operation

the security of the system was greatly improved

and valuable experience for the technical personnel in the field was provided.
