摘要

计算机信息系统的防雷电侵害正愈来愈受到人们的重视

分析了雷电侵害计算机网络设备的几种途径

对电源系统、信号系统的防雷措施作了简单介绍。主要分析在计算机网络中起保护作用的浪涌保护器（SPD）对网络及其传输速率的影响

以及对网络参数进行测试的方法和要求

严格准确选择网络参数和信号SPD

以减少信号SPD对网络传输速率的影响。

Abstract

Lightning against of the computer information system is received more and more attention by the people

lightning against approaches of computer network equipment are analyzed

lightning protection measures of power system and signal system are introduced. Effects of surge protection device （SPD） which play a protective effect in computer networks on network and its transmission rate are analyzed

as well as test methods and requirements of network parameters. Strictly and accurately select network parameters and signal SPD to reduce the effects of SPD signal on network transfer rate.
