摘要

电气设备或电力系统的倒闸操作是电力系统运行中一项经常进行的重要工作

如果操作过程中发生差错

会造成电力系统或人身事故

甚至导致电力系统瓦解或人员伤亡。针对具体操作（不同的设备和运行方式）的特性

分析其操作过程中容易引起误操作的重要环节

制定正确的操作方法及步骤

对防范误操作事故的发生具有现实的意义。

Abstract

Switching operation of the electrical equipment and power system is a regular and important work. If an error occurs during the operation

it will cause the power system or personal accident

and even lead to the debacle of the power system or casualties. Therefore

it has practical significance about analyzing the important parts of the operation which are easily leading to the misuse

developing the correct method of operation and the steps against the characteristics of the specific operation

such as different equipment and operation mode

to guard against misuse accidents.
