Delphi method and comparative analysis were used by 20 experts to survey and analyze the meteorological services of the wind power industry in Jiangxi. These experts were selected from 12 companies

such as Jiangxi New Energy Company

Jiangxi Electric Power Company

and others. Experts were involved in the planning and designing of wind power projects

wind power production

wind scheduling of power

fan maintenance

the typical production of wind power technology research and design aspects of meteorological services. It was concluded that: ①The average contribution rate of meteorological services of the wind power industry is 1.78% in Jiangxi Province; ②Impact main meteorological elements or weather phenomena of the wind power industry are wind speed

lightning

thunderstorms

blades ice cover thickness

air density and low temperature; ③The meteorological services products that the wind power industry needs are mainly the observation of a professional weather forecasting and wind energy resources

followed by the basic weather forecast

wind resource assessment and meteorological disaster warning.
