摘要

结合企业设备点检管理提升实践

阐述设备管理提升的主要做法、措施和效果。提出加强设备点检管理

必须规范生产运行岗位的日点检、专业技术人员的周点检工作和提高点检工作质量。通过将TPM的先进管理模式应用到设备点检管理工作中

从而实现了设备点检管理的流程化、可视化、信息化。

Abstract

Combined with enterprise equipment management practice

equipment management was elaborated to enhance the main approach

measures and results. To strengthen equipment inspection management

daily maintenance of production operation post

weekly maintenance of professionals and improve the inspection work quality must be standardized. By the TPM advanced management mode was applied to equipment management
