摘要

以NW-2辛酯偶联剂改性过的超细ZnO结合端羧基液体丁腈橡胶（CTBN）对环氧树脂（ER）进行共混增韧改性

研究了该体系的机械强度。结果表明:CTBN/ZnO的加入质量分数为10%

甲组分在180℃下反应2.5h条件下制得的胶粘剂冲击强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、剪切强度分别达到14.1kJ/m2、80.2MPa、1.94GPa、33.7MPa。CTBN和ZnO都与ER发生了作用

且双增韧剂增韧的固化产物热稳定性较好。

Abstract

The epoxy resins（ER）were modified by carboxyl liquid nitrile rubber（CTBN）and ultra-fine ZnO particles

ZnO had modified by NW-2 coupling agent.The mechanical strength of modified epoxy resin matrix was studied.The result showed that the impact strength

strength

flexural modulus and shear strength of the adhesives reached 14.1 kJ/m2
