Reducing total amount of carbon dioxicide in the air and mitigating climate warming had been considered as the top one in the global environment issue. Currently

a number of new perspectives and techinques had been put forward

of which carbon capture and storage（CCS） technique was used to research the separation

capture

transport and storage of carbon dioxicide. The progress of CCS techinque in China was summarized

the potential environmental problems in China caused by CCS technique were analyzed

and certain solutions were put forward based on the exsiting problems.
