摘要

干法除尘系统出口的煤气含有大量的酸性介质

严重的腐蚀了煤气设备。目前此系统无法从源头解决酸性离子的问题

只能在中途增加相应的除Cl

设备使煤气中的酸性离子脱去

本文介绍了一种喷洒NaOH除去煤气中Cl

的方式。

Abstract

The gas in the export of dry cleaning system contains a lots of acidic medium

gas equipments have been seriously corroded.Solving acidic ion problem from the source is not possible currently.The corresponding equipment which can remove chlorine ion is added in the middle to remove acidic ion away from gas.A method

which spraying sodium hydroxide to remove chlorine ion away from the gas is introduced.
