摘要

针对动力厂2#转炉煤气加压机电机——YB400M-2三相异步电动机在运行及检修过程中屡次发生电机抱轴事故

对该电机及控制该电机的变频器进行分析

找出电机窜轴原因并进行相应处理。采用变频电机能更好的适应变频器的调节以及非工频状态下运行。

Abstract

Aiming at times motor axle accidents during operation and maintenance of 2# coal compression machine

and the motor is YB400M-2 three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor and motor drive were analyzed

the causes of the motor axis were identified and the corresponding treatments were advanced. The use of variable frequency motor can better adapt to the frequency regulation and non-state run.
