各部门最有效的方法就是对在用压力容器进行监测和定期检查。对现有研究中最常用的几种压力容器无损检测技术的原理及其应用特点进行了综述

包括表面、射线、超声波、声发射、涡流、金属磁记忆、漏磁以及红外检测等。

Abstract

In the process of using pressure vessels

the most effective approach in order to avoid and reduce occurred failure incidents is that the department should make Pressure Vessel be monitored and periodic inspected.In this paper

the several common non-destructive testing technology theory and application characteristics of pressure vessel were reviewed

including The surface

Radiographic

Ultrasonic

Acoustic emission

Eddy current

Metal magnetic memory

Magnetic flux leakage

and Infrared detection.
