摘要

针对安徽省马鞍山市丰原生物化学有限公司WNS型燃沼气锅炉多处出现失效裂纹的案例

通过传热学和锅炉检测的相关理论

对此台锅炉的失效过程及失效原因进行了分析。结果认为烟管堵塞、燃烧强度过大以及水处理工作不完善是此台锅炉多处失效的主要原因

合理使用

正确操作和维护可从根本上解决此类锅炉失效问题。

Abstract

For a fuel sewage boiler of WNS type related to many cases of failure crack in Anhui Fengyuan Biochemical Co

LTD of Maanshan city

failure process an d reason of this boile was analyzed in this paper based on the theory of heat tr ansfer and boiler inspection. The conclusion shows that the main reasons of fail ure crack were fume tube clogging

higher combustion intensity and imperfect wat er treatment work which can be solved separately by reasonable use

correct oper ation and routine maintenance.
