摘要

在通用的有限元软件ANSYS平台上

根据熔焊的特点

采用高斯热源模型

提出了ANSYS分析软件分析热对焊接的影响

得到了温度场在顺序焊接中的分布规律

并对焊接材料相变分析进行了数值模拟。

Abstract

Based on the ANSYS

following the fusion of the platform

according to the characteristics of welding

adopting the gaussian heat source model

the p aper put forward the ANSYS analysis software to analyze the influence of welding

then the temperature field in the sequence of welding and distribution of weld ing is provided

materials phase analysis is numerically simulated.
