通过对2008年1月历史罕见低温雨雪冰冻天气期间降水记录缺测原因的剖析

指出为了保证降水观测记录的准确性、代表性和比较性

有必要从改进仪器设计和构造的角度出发

在江西推广融雪翻斗式降水计

实现固体降水测量的自动化。

Abstract

The reason of lacking precipitation record during Jiangxi low-temperature

snowand freezing precipitation period in January

2008 is analyzed. It is suggested that improving instrumental design and structure is necessary to ensure the accuracy

representation and relativity of the precipitation record. The turn-over thawombrometer should be popularized to realize automatic observation of solid precipitation.
