摘要

结合大面积停电事故教训及目前江西电网安全生产形势

阐述了建立和完善电网安全生产预警与应急预案的必要性。介绍了电力安全生产预警与应急预案的基本思路、基本原则和重点内容。此外还提出了贯彻实施中的重点工作和建议。

Abstract

Based on the big area power cut accident lesson and the production safety situation of Jiangxi power grid

the paper elaborated the necessity of the establishment and the improvement in electrical network safety production warning and the emergency plan.By Introducing the basic idea

the basic principle and the key content of production safety early warning and emergency plan in electric power

it provided the key work and the suggestion in the implementation.
