本文对区域开发环境的环境影响评价中公众参与的必要性、公众参与的现状和存在的问题以及更好地实施公众参与的途径进行了有益的探讨。

Abstract

Public participation in regional development environment is an important aspect of environmental impact assessment .In this paper

the necessity 、situation and the existing problems of public participation in the regional development environmental impact evaluation was discussed .It also gave the suggestion on how to implement effectively the public participate.
