摘要

随着信号处理技术的迅速发展

正弦脉宽调制技术在变频器领域得到了广泛应用。以更快的速度计算功率器件的切换时间

同时提高基波幅值、降低谐波含量成为正弦脉宽技术的主要目标

因此对各种采样方法进行系统分析具有重要意义。该文推导交流变频调速系统中几种单极性SPWM波形调制开关点计算公式

并利用MATLAB编程实现逆变器输出的单极性SPWM波形的谐波分析

最后在谐波分析结果的基础上比较各种方法的优劣

为工程实践中的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract

With the development of digital signal processor

sinusoidal pulse-width modulation（SPWM） technology is widely used in inverter.Calculating the switching time of power device rapidly and improving base wave

decreasing harmonics are the main objects in SPWM technology

so it is important to make an systemic analysis for various sample methods.The calculating formulas for on-off switching points of various SPWM are deduced

and the different harmonic analysis is presented by MATLAB programming.At last

the advantages and disadvantages of various methods for forming single-polar SPWM are presented based on our analysis results

which provides academic gist for the application of engineering practice.
