摘要

深入分析了高炉煤气的特性、燃烧机理。介绍了笔者针对其特性研制的180 t/h中温中压高炉煤气锅炉

该锅炉通过设置炉内蓄热稳燃器、预热空气、采用单汽包炉型等方法实现了高炉煤气的有效利用。

Abstract

This paper analyzed deeply the characteristic and burning mechanism of blast furnace gas

introduced the 180 t/h mid-temperature and mid-pressure blast furnace gas boiler which designed by the author.It achieved the utilization of blast furnace gas by stable combustion、air preheated and single drum etc.
